In 2003, Teresa began her practice as an associate attorney with the boutique law firm Stahl Cowen Crowley LLC, in Chicago, where her practice concentrated in commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Teresa began working as a solo practitioner in 2009 and established Tallarita Campbell PLLC in 2016. Over the course of her career, Teresa has represented clients in a wide range of commercial real estate and business transactions, including condominium acquisitions, conversions and sales; commercial leases; commercial real estate loans; land acquisitions and development.
She has represented several lending institutions and commercial borrowers in the drafting, negotiation and implementation of acquisition, construction and permanent mortgage loans for various types of commercial development transactions.
Teresa’s passion is assisting clients with establishing a complete and through estate plan specifically tailored to each clients’ needs, and she has extensive experience drafting Trusts, Wills and various estate planning instruments to establish each client’s individual goals.
